Mine came unhooked from behind the dash. Find were the cable enters the fire wall and give it a push in that should allow it to catch now for a few and let you know that is the problem. I trimmed backing the cable cover where it enters the tranny this gave me a half inch or so. I pulled the speed O out used the extra length and pushed it in with a little super glue been working forever

check the fuses, I mean ¿did the display show something?,if you have any fix km showing, then must be the sensor in the motor gear,or a loose cable. if not , change the dashboard.
