Question about Panasonic PanaFax UF-8000 Laser Fax
When trying to fax multiple page documents, machine grabs more than one page and they all go through together. Is this a paper problem? Maybe too humid? Thanks.
This is caused by the feed and separator rollers are dirty or worn out. The simplest thing to try is to clean the feed rollers. you will need a cleaning solution, isopropal alcohol works very well. Available at local drugstores. you can approach this one of two ways, you can open up the document feed section and manually clean the rollers or put a few drops of Alcohol in the center of a piece of paper let it soak in a little and pass it through the document feeder, the paper should have a streak on the last half of the page if it made contact with the rollers. For best results do this a couple of times, for better results do both the manual and the pass paper methods.
Hope this is of some assistance.
