Well first load the software, then when finished create a folder on ur hard drive where u gonna save your videos, next open the program and the are to the right of the display screen has two boxes one for input and output files. input file is the actual movie you want to format
out put file would be the folder you created next click the begin button which is the button with two arrows, one going up the next going down and wait till it finished, when finished upload the file from your output folder to the players video folder that should work

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

If you added songs/ videos to the device in MSC mode, then switch to MTP mode, you will not be able to see the songs added in MSC mode and vice versa, though the space used on the player will still reflect their presence. Switching modes should make the files show up. For example, switching from MSC to MTP mode or vice versa. But you can not see the songs / videos copied during other mode, is that clear as mud? Go to this tip it explains all a bit better. > http://www.fixya.com/support/r3774047-solve_mp3_player_connection_problem<
