My kenmore elite model 77719 french door regrigerator is not cooling neither the freezer or refrigerator. the display does light up but it says O FF. I tried adjusting both the freezer and refigerator temps but nothing happens when I press the buttons except it beeps and the backlight for the button lights. I also tried unplugging it for several minutes and replugging and that doesn't help either.

Well you got a kenmore that i believe is actually made by either Samsung, or LG, since Kenmore does not make any refrigerators, they are ALL taken from other name brands with the name kenmore put on the front. I would start by looking at your owners manual for troublshooting codes, but chances are you have a faulty evaporator fan motor, either the motor itsself is out of balance, or possibly ice is obstructing fan blade, and you'll need to find the source of that problem instead. hope this helps
