I try to turn screen on and it comes up no service?? What can we do

This means that there is no connection. Check your cables, and reseat them. Turn on your computer and then turn on the monitor. If it still says no service, the input control board may be failing. This could also mean that your Video Card in your computer is not sending out a signal. Test the monitor with another computer that is known to be working, or test your computer with another monitor that is known to be working.

My monitor keeps saying "No signal." I've checked and rechecked all connections and can't find anything wrong. Product number is : 917Sw

When the LCD monitor shows you "no signal" it only means it cannot acquire any feed from your computer. If you made sure all cables are connected properly and tightly, then there must be something wrong with your video card on the computer or the VGA cable itself. To verify is this is a problem with the videocard, then try another monitor, if you have a spare, and see if you can get picture; if yes, then you have a problem with your AOC's VGA cable. Try to twist the cable on both ends as if you are adjusting the wires inside.

My AOC Monitor turns black and the power indicator turns orange and these keeps going on even when I restart.

That means the monitor's not getting a signal from the computer. Do you know for sure that the computer is starting up properly? Have you tried another monitor to test the computer? Is the monitor cable securely connected at both ends?

Even if the monitor is bad, you should still hear something (usually a single beep after the power-on tests finish) from the computer when it starts up. I suspect you have computer problems.

Blank screen but sounds like computer is on

If the screen is blank, since you press the power button then you can try to use another monitor to see the functionality.

You can disconnect the VGA cable of the monitor but keep it powered on, if you get a display on the screen like "Check input signal or Check video cable" then monitor is fine.

If you are using a Dedicated video card in your pc then disconnect it and try using the on board graphics port and see if its working.

My monitor AOC 912Sw-4 does not turn on. Power button`s led is flashing all the time.At the beginning I waited some minutes and I could use it normally, but right now it is impossible see any image on it.

only choice is to give the monitor for service.
anyway read this, this help you.
is your CPU working properly? if that the case, your monitor is in need of a service.
reasons for why a monitor goes blank?
Reason 1: Wetness
The number one reason why computer monitors go blank is - wetness. Believe it or not, when your computer monitor is exposed to humid air, sometimes water can condense and accumulate in the monitor. This causes the monitor to malfunction and go blank. I've had this happen to my desktop PC at least three times before. What you need to do is to leave the monitor alone for some time and allow the water to evaporate. That usually solves the problem.

Reason 2: Faulty Graphics Card
The next reason why your computer monitor goes black is due to a faulty graphics card. The best way to detect this kind of problem is to connect up a new monitor to your PC, then check if you have a blank screen. If you continue to have a blank screen, then it's likely your video card is faulty.

Reason 3: Faulty RAM
This one is less obvious and less common, but it can happen. You might sometimes get bad RAM modules which prevent your PC from booting up even to the basic BIOS startup screen. To detect this kind of problem is more troublesome, you might need to remove those RAM modules and insert them into another computer.

Reason 4: Loose Connections
Another reason why your monitor goes blank is due to loose connections. The connection from the monitor to the mains is usually a culprit, as is the connection between the monitor and the video card. Check those connections before you declare your computer monitor as faulty.

Reason 5: A Short Circuit In The Motherboard
And the final reason why your computer monitor goes blank? It's possibly because of a short circuit in the motherboard. This is the most undesirable outcome of course, as you might have to replace your entire motherboard. However, it's possible that this can happen - so keep your fingers crossed and hope it doesn't happen to you.
try this.
please rate my solution.
have a nice day.

Screen suddenly went blank except for a self test box

well in order to get rid of the self test window from your monitor... check the cable that connects your monitor to system tower & reset the connection... becase that is the only possible cause of the self test showing up on your monitor...

" as the self test option only appears when there is no video signal going from your video card to the monitor...
