Speaking to another assistance + already paid

How can i speak to another assistance to help me with my problem as i already apin $19.99 and i spoke 2 one assistance but couldnt help me and i need to speak 2 another one so how can i get a hold of an assistance..

I will try my best to help you solve your problem , with the info you have provided to me, I am assuming your notebook is a model HP Pavillion dv6000 SERIES,, If you will look on the Sticker on the bottom of the notebook, you will see the actual model number, (or if the Laptop is on, press Ctrl,Alt,+S, to get your model and serial) when you KNOW THE CORRECT MODEL, goto http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/support.html?pageDisplay=drivers

and enter your model number in the search box, (or you can try the "Start Detection"), I would enter the model in, then it will ask you your OS (Operating System, Ex, Windows XP, Vista, etc...) choose your OS and it will take you to the download page, but I found no "HP notebook 6000" there is dv600 SERIES and zv600 SERIES, but your REAL model will be something like dv6023us or something simmilar, all of the drivers should be on the manufacturers website, if you are still having problems, post very SPECIFIC model number, your OS also, is it a 32 or 64 bit OS? all of these you need to know to get the right driver, you can look on the Windows COA sticker,(the one with the windows Key) and see what your OS is if you don't know. If I helped solve your probem, please give me a fixya rating, all I can do is try with what I am given as input, just like the PC.

Well Patricia, you can send them to night school and enroll them in English as a second language class (sorry, couldn't help myself on that LOL :)

I can hear people speaking on my blackberry curve but they can't hear me reply back.
