What is the huming noise comeing from the front of my avenger while driving down the road.

Tires out of alignment can make a humming noise but so can a water pump or alternator before it goes out. A parts store can hook up to your car and test the alternator quickly and eliminate that.

The left back tire on my Phil and Teds Classic buggy keeps coming off the rim. I have fixed it by letting the air out of the tire, resetting the tire inside the rim and then refilling the tire. Each time...

What tire pressure are you inflating to? It should only be 22psi. Here's some advice from philandteds.com/support:
First, deflate all of the air from the wheel. Once the air is removed, reposition the tyre tread so that it is even all the way around the rim. Once in place, reinflate the innertube (while holding the tyre tread) and it should allow the tread to stay in the correct location to allow the stroller to roll smoothly. It may take a few tries, but this will almost always fix the issue.

How much air should you inflate into the mountain buggy strollers rear tires?

Between 1 bar / 15 psi to 2 bar /30 psi. Easier to push the higher you inflate softer ride with less.

It's a possible worn out pick tires, bad pick arm or fuser issue. For the pick tires, you can use the other side of the tires by removing it flipping it. To remove the pick tires, refer to the guide below: 0c29f53.jpg If it's the pick arm or the fuser, it calls for a replacement. But I hope that the pick tires would resolve the problem. If you need more assistance, just leave a comment so I can get back to it.

My puma is getting very noisy in 5th gear making a werring sound, any ideas what this is at it only kicks in after 50mph

Sounds crazy, but it could be tire balancing on a rear tire. While the car is parked, run your hand over the surface of the tires and see if they're smooth or choppy feeling.
If they're not smooth, you could simply need a rebalance or if the tire is real bad, replace and rebalance. Also check tire inflation...
