Problem with Hotpoint Washing Maching WD440

I have a problem with my one year old Hotpoint washing machine model WD440, it takes the water in from the washing powder pot but directly pumps it out, after few attempts, it stops with the on/off light blinking as well as the reduce creases blinking, I opened the back and cleaned the large black pipe right at the bottom, it had coins in it, and then tried it again it washed normal only once and now its giving me the same problem, I also opened it again but nothing there, any suggestions what it can be this time?
