Question about Polycom SoundStation 2W (2200-07800-001) Wireless Audio Conference
I have the Polycom Soundstation 2 connected to our Definity Prologix and programmed with a direct dial extension. I can dial to other extensions and to outside parties without an issue. When calling into the device whether by internal extension or direct dial I get a busy signal.
Ditto! must be a common problem. Anyone have any internal schematic manuals of the guts? With an internal schematic, I could probably figure it out.

I thought well I wonder what holding down other buttons would do to get rid of this cursed PLEASE WAIT issue.
I tried * and # together and hey presto it worked.
I did however have to go in and turn IP mode off.

this does not appear to be the sound station problem it appears u ve connected this system behind an epabx extension .if yes the extension is programmed for a call disconnection time of 15 mins.ask ur epabx programmer to change it to infinite
