Question about Creative Labs Zen Touch MP3 Player
I turned my player on this morning to find the text is very dark-red so almost unreadable, particularly in good light. It still works perfectly, any ideas??
Oh wow, I have never encountered this problem before. I think your screen may be bad, or there is a loose solder connection. You might need to resolder a connection, or get the screen replaced. If you don't feel comfortable taking it apart, you should take it to a technician who can do all the work for under $100.
