Question about HP LaserJet 2840 All-In-One Printer
My laserjet 2840 says "order supplies" on the little screen but what type of supplies? Also, it won't fax or scan right now. Why? Please help!
It probably indicates that you need to either change a cartridge or a PM item. If you access the menu and navigate to supplies, it will let you know, otherwise yo may be able to access it on your PC. Check and see if you have a printer support software and use it to check printer status.
