This is an apartment building and I can not change the location of their dish. Do you have any other solutions? Can I make some adjustment on the TV itself to block out exterior radio signals?

Run the channel scan from your dish receiver again. The dish is getting interference of FM. Change the location of the exterior signal receiving dish to another place, without changing the angle of it.

Thank you!

Tune up to a different frequency. There must be many frequencies where you can receive a particular channel signals. Try tuning in Ultra High Frequency.

You may be now living too close to a radio station. Sometimes when this is the situation, anything electronic gear plugged into a wall socket can act like an antenna, thus receiving signals from local radio stations.

If you have ATT cell service, this happens when phones get too close to electronic devices. Move the phone away from devices. And when/if you live near a local radio station, or their antenna....a good chance that electronic devices will act like antennas, thus picking up radio signals.

I have a Sony icf 2010. No sound, but white noise.

AA batteries need replacing or the contacts are corroded and one more, the PC board is connected to the AA negative post by a wire that touches the pad on the PC board. Sometimes it will lose contact because of oxidation or corrosion, to fix this a wire soldered is best but just repositioning the wire will make the cure. Requires removal of the circuit boards.

Local Radio Station Coming Through Speakers

This problem has been around since before the computer age and is quite common, it's also happened with local taxi firms in the area suddenly broadcasting on your speakers.

The reason it happens is that the speaker cable length is very close to the frequency the station is broadcasting on one solution is to pruchase a ring magnet and wrap the cable several time around it, another is to use screened cable, both are not cost effective, the simple solution is to purchase a speaker extension lead.

Sounds like an amplifer fault. Many of these Midi system use a large black IC attached to a metal heatsink. They control both the power amp and pre amp on both channels. When they go wrong they can cause all sorts of effects,
If you can repair things I would look at that. If not get ready for a large bill. If it's the IC some are expensive, it does most of the work!

I can hear the radio on the phone

I have two of the 2541YRE3 units (where Y is a 3 or 4) and both pick up the local 1620AM radio station. Good to know it's only in the handset. I tried swapping the handset and cord with that from the 2540YRE3 model (which does not suffer this problem).

But, I have no solution. I am getting them replaced by finding 40Y models where I can.
