Panasonic CT - 27G13 - Menu is on Demonstration Mode

One of my thee children hit something on the remote or television and now the television is constantly in demonstration mode with the menu. It says to exit push the action button and the (up arrow) button for channel at the same time. I have tried that, but it's not working. Do you have any thoughts or suggestions. The television is locked on the same channel and it runs through all the various menu options over and over and over. I could really use some help. Thank you so much.

My television went into demo mode as well when my son hit something. However, it doesn't give me an option on how to pull it out of demo mode. It's an older model Bell + Howell model so I don't have the original remote and don't have the owner's manual. Is there any hope? The TV is in excellent condition and I don't see why I should replace it.

Had the very same problem with our Panasonic TV/VCR combo. Couldn't exit the demo mode - couldn't clear screen. I allowed the demo to run itself out and at the end it provided this exit tip. Hold down the PLAY button for 5 seconds. It worked!

My 7 year old daughter did this to my older model 27 inch panasonic TV that I have her for her room. I no longer have the remote. I had to press the channel up button and the exit/action button at the same time and it worked.

Is it a factory remote or a universal? Chances are that only the factory remote will send the special code when both buttons are pressed.

Did you try pressing the up-arrow + Exit on the front of the TV instead of the remote?

Panasonic TV TC-2175C, display turning dark

There are mainly two reasons for this fault. The first one is with its screen voltage settings. If the screen voltage settings have gone down [it can be happen automatically in rare cases], the screen will look dark. The second one is with its video output section itself. Anyway, you have to seek an experienced service technicians' help in this matter, if you are not handy in electronics.

Need a clone box for multiple Panasonic ct 2522 he televisions

You can get your Panasonic Tv out of hotel mode with the Regular remote control you got with them.

Please follow the steps below.

Press and hold the V/- button on the tv itself.
while you are holding this button down, with the Panasonic remote you got with them press the AV button 3 times.

This will bring up a hidden Installer Menu this is where you can take off the HOTEL MODE. and set up your owe setting.

While you are in this mode, be very care you are not switching things off that you are not sure what they are. as this may put a spanner in the works

Hope you get this all sorted out.
