Question about HP Color LaserJet 2600n Printer
When printing on a 2600n the paper goes in white and comes out with a pink hue. It is not ink it is like something is reacting with the paper to change its color. Any suggestions?
Make sure the transfer belt is clean. Also check the magenta cartridge and see if it isn't leaking slightly. By all means DON"T blow it out with compressed air! You may use a toner vacuum or a soft cloth to clean out any residual toner. If that doesn't do the trick, you may have a contaminated fuser. By the way, do you get the same effect when printing black and white?
