Question about Exercise & Fitness
Hi, I have the above foldaway treadmill. It was fine then later in the day wouldn't work displaying E1.
Any ideas please?
Your problem might be that a magnet has fallen off. Here's an illustrated tutorial that should make fixing it easy: http://fixmytreadmill.blogspot.com/2010/10/how-to-fix-treadmill-e1-error.html

There is a small magnetically operated switch, speed sensor, that is activated by two magnets in the drive pulley on front roller left side. When I disconnected this it ran for a few seconds then showed E1. The screws had been done up too tight at the factory and cracked the magnet switch housing/mount, so if the magnet switch falls off you will get an E1 error.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
