Question about Argus DC1512 Digital Camera

1 Answer

Installation OK, I bought the model DC-1512E today and took a few photos and when I got home I connected the USB to my computer and thought installation was not needed since no CD was included within the package.. Yet when I try to find the photos it asks for installation before I can view anything.. is there a way for me to bypass this insistent annoyance?

I don't see photos on BenQ DC C1030 Eco

ALTERNATE WAY TO TRANSFER PHOTOS TO COMPUTER
If your photos are stored on the memory card, then remove the memory card from the camera and insert it into an USB memory card reader. Connect this USB memory card reader and memory card into the USB port of your working computer. Your computer will see this as an USB Mass Storage Device or an external storage device; you can then open the folder on the memory card and copy the photos to your computer. Memory card reader is a handy device and is inexpensive. You can copy photos from other cameras and you can also download photos off your memory card to someone else's computer without the need of installing any programs.

Can't download pics on my computer from my A490 Canon camera

A connection can be made via USB universal serail bus. These cables are indeed universal witch can be bought fo under $10 at your local omputer store Best buy?

This will be installed as a mass storage drive after witch it would be under My computer as a removable storage drive.

You would look under a directory where you photos would be enjoying home, right mouse click on them then click copy, then go to C drive under my photos or my pictures the click paste, this will put the photos from the camera on the Hard drive of the computer.

We work for your feedback, pleasee do not forget to rate and leave postive feedback for my advise today.

I just bought a digital photo frame for my husband for christmas and i get so many pictures downloaded...then it just stops and says insufficient memory card.....i thought there was something wrong with...

I'm pretty sure this means that you have filled up the internal memory on the picture frame.
I just bought my sister a photoframe for Christmas (made by Phillips) and we got the same message. Not the most precise wording on the error message, but we tried deleting a few photos and the error went away. Then I checked the internal memory of the frame, and it is only 128M, which is not alot of photos.
I think the solution will be to buy a USB memory stick to leave in the frame. For about $10 you can get a 4G USB memory stick, which is about 32 times the space of the internal memory, at least if you have a similar model as we do.

Consider NOT connecting the camera to the computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.

Hi Teresa,

Double check your model number, I think the numbers you are quoting refer to a range of printers.

Check out Lexmarks website to find the correct driver.

Hope this helps,
