you should turn off gaming mode of the keyboard . if you have razed snap case downloaded in your computer go to manage gaming mode off

if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it
click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound,video and game controllers you might see a yellow question mark? Right click to reinstall drivers if you dont have a motherboard disc you will have to download the drivers

Do you have PNS.If you do then you can download a media manager for psp at www.us.playstation.com and then transfer games via media manager to psp.

Have you made sure in the download manager that it is completly downloaded?

if you cant find them, ring microsoft for a full refund.

Do you mean somebody just logged into your account and downloaded your bought games on their console? If so it really doesn't matter unless you care about it. You will still be able to use those downloaded games.
