Question about 2000RS-M Remote Starters Manual Transmission with Two 5-Butto
I took my car to get a diagnostic run on it. There was one message that had to be reset in my computer system on the car. After receiving my car back from the shop, my car would no longer respond to my remote start or alarm arming requests. Now the transmitter is just flashing continuously and as stated, there is no response from the car when I press any of the buttons on the keychain piece.
Did you try checking the battery in the remote?

It sounds like the mechanics may have disconnected the vehicles battery probably causing the remote to come out of sync with the actual remote start module .. it can be re-programmed, i google everything and usually sends me in the right direction,
