Question about Epson Stylus C60 InkJet Printer
Just recently I had a situation where my printer stop printing, I tried to load up new drivers, performed the print test as suggested in the manual where you unhook the printer cable and hold down the button on the printer and the test completed. I also replaced the printer cable and the printer will only show in the print que that it is printing but the green light on the printer never flickers or begins to make the noise for printing also the popup for Epson ink status delays in coming up and when it comes up the levels for black and color are grayed out showing no color. Finally in the print que there will show an error has occurred. Any thoughts?
First go to your pc and click on file, print when the window opens does it show your printer in there? is it set to THAT printer? does it show as being Ready? If not re download the driver, then click on File, Print, right click on your printer and set as default. Next double click on My Computer, ( or click on Start, Control panel, printers and faxes, put your mouse over your printer it should say Ready, if not then change the cable
