My cd/dvd opens then closes (by 2 users)

Hi, my cd/dvd opens then closes then opens and stays open even when I try to manual close it, it stays open. It would read anything. I've already replaced it once, I tried installing new drivers, device manager states that this devise is working properly but its not showing any files.
can you please help?

I have the same problem too. I uninstalled the deamon tools.working fine now.
