- CAN U HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM - LSU ERROR ON THE SCX - 4200 ? I BOUGHT A NEW PRINTER AND IT NOT WORK PROPERLY, IT IS WARMING AND AFTER A WHILE ON THE DISPLAY APPEARS LSU ERROR.

Call the ASC, the mainboard is malfuntion and need to be replace.

LSU REFERS TO LASER SCANNING UNIT, PLEASE CLEAN THE GLASSES OF LSU, OR REPLACE THE SAME.

You open your cover printer after that you look for cables joint from scanner Box (of print) to board may be it is broken.

The Laser Scanner Unit or LSU is what writes to the surface of the drum. The glass above the cartridge inside the machine could be dirty. The mirror motor in the LSU could be bad or needing cleaned so it spins better. Laser diode could be bad.

Turn the machine off then on. It worked for me!!

Samsung SCX-4521 give error LSU error when any funtion is selected of the printer. It doesn`t start to print at all. Do any clever gorroo have a solution.

Turning off the printer didn't help me. How does this LSU unit looks like, and where is it located in the printer, so I can try to clean it up?

I got this error when trying to print from manual feed.. it seems it doesn't understand there isthe paper.. it's a .... I have also a scx-4100 and it doesn't have this problem...
