Frequently the print spooler is stopped automatically. What is the problem.
Kindly suggest.Now I am starting the print spooler manually and taking print everytime.

If you are using Windows Vista, maske sure you download and install updated drivers. Other than that, use a USB rather than parallel port connection and check your antivirus and firewall settings. You can always call Samsung for support at 1-800-samsung.

I open the run command you can type: net start spooler (You will get a message that says the print spooler service has started) If you still have issues open the run command and type: services.msc it will display a list, where you can find print spooler.
From there you can right-click on it and set it so it is started and runs automatically.

Go into Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services, Scroll down and highlight Print Spooler, Double click Print Spooler, and ensure Startup Type is Automatic, and that the Service Status is Started. If it is Stopped, then Click Start, then OK to exit. If it doesn't Start, try rebooting your computer, then confirming the above settings.
Turn the print spooler to automatic by going to services, change start up to automatic, click on recovery first failure should be restart service as well as second failure, go to RPC service and make sure it is on automatic as well
On the right side of the services window, scroll down to "Print Spooler". Double-click it.
If startup type is "disabled", click the drop-down and set to "Automatic" and then click "Start". If already on automatic, click "Stop" to stop the service. Once stopped, click "Start" to restart the service.
if u not getting print due to " Spooler subsystem app has stopped working " Error then go to Run---->type "services.msc"------->u get services console----------->select "Print Spooler"go to propriety ---------->check start-up type ------>if it is disable select automatic &press start for get start (if it is alredy started then get service stop & after get start with automatic )
if there is problem in printing due to Spooler it should be resolved

Your shell extensions have a software conflict. The offending piece of software will have to be determined and removed, or at least stopped, before re-booting the computer. You may be able to repair the problem using the System Restore option.
