Hi,

Microsoft Excel is a commercial spreadsheet application . It features calculation, graphing tools, pivot tables, and a macro programming language called Visual Basic for Applications.

Microsoft Excel has the basic features of all spreadsheets, using a grid of cells arranged in numbered rows and letter-named columns to organize data manipulations like arithmetic operations. It has a battery of supplied functions to answer statistical, engineering and financial needs. In addition, it can display data as line graphs, histograms and charts, and with a very limited three-dimensional graphical display.

Regards,

Shrey

The x intercept is where the value of y when graphed lands directly on the x axis. The value of y anywhere on the x axis is zero. The same is true for the y intercept producing an x value of zero. The point at which the graphed line intersects the y axis gives an x value of zero. The value of x anywhere on the y axis is zero.

In A1, put a random value of d as 0.1. Then in B1, put your equation 5*d^4 - 10.29*d^(-1.333), wherein refer d as A1. Then use goal seek function on Tools Menu. First "Set cell" as B1, "To value" as 0.124 and "By Changing Cell" as A1. Excel will do the Trial & Error and will give you the answer in Cell A1.

Yes, it does.

Choose the data in which you want to graph by highlighting said data, including and row/column headings. Then click the icon, which looks like a graph, in the top toolbar which will open up the Chart and Graph Wizard. Then follow the steps and guidelines to create your chart or graph.

Hope this helps. Have a great evening!

Step 1: Go to Msoft update and make sure you have all the latest Office service packs/issue fixes for Office 2007.

If that doesn't work, go on to:

Step 2: Are you using wizards to create the code to do this functionality and if so, what ones? Post here.

Dear rachana, In MS word 2007 you can go to Insert then there are multiple graph patterns given in it, like column, pie and scatter chart. Just put your values in it and it click ok, you will get the chart on worksheet. Its that simple.

Please press fixya if that was helpful.

i have 2 columns in an excel. One column has data like a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j,k,l and the other column has values like 0,1,2,3,0,0,0,0,0,5,8,0 respectively. Now i have to generate a graph(pie chart and column chart).
