If its CR or TR, E-01 is main motor lock. turn off machine and hold reset button in while you turn the machine on again. Make sure your master removal unit and master feed unit are closed corectly.

the problem resides in the master eject area something is preventing the pressure plate from compatcing the masters into the green waste master box if you press the button on the left of the machine near the used master box to swing the box out of the machine you may see whats causing it!

Under the drum and master unit is there a round openning .Take a sckrew driver and push it in there to unlock the master and drum.Remove the jam and switch riso off and on.

I'm pretty sure this is a printer not a copier.

Take out the cartridge and turn it upside down, you will see a (Usually) green cylinder, does it have a ring of toner, or does it appear to have been scrathed ?
Take the copy and put it next to the drum, does the lines match? Then replace cartridge. 
If not open back and take out fuser ( two screws for cover and two screws for fuser, are the rollers o.k? replace fuser.
