Your master clamp needs to be checked. you need to slide out the drum and set it on a table. on the back side of the drum you will see the arm to open the clamp. you can open the clamp by hand pushing the ramp up. the clamps weld brake over time. you may need to call a tech

I have the same problem already one year on a gestetner 5309l.
I think maybe you have to clean the encoder ( is dirty) on the main motor.Because this determinant the stop position of the drum.
