This sounds to be a general hardware error, as it is fairly widespread. Newer drivers might improve the situation, but I think you may always get that small margin of error (the 2mm mentioned by several folks).

Ello My problem is when i boot after a factory reset i have touchscreen to calibrate and when i do it it gives me try once again it's stuck there

I am not sure you are talking about a tablet PC or the new craze of tablets.
For the tablet PC you should have a screen calibration utility. You can calibrate the display for the Wacom (or other) pen, or for the touch input.
When you calibrate the pen, any touching of the screen with anything other that the Wacom pen will be ignored.
Similarly, when you calibrate the touch, any input with the Wacom pen will be ignored and you will be asked to use the proper instrument.

To get back to your case , it is possible that you are not putting the finger at the right place or not pressing hard enough. That is just a guess and I may be off the mark for the new tablets, but not for the Tablets PC:

Calibrating The Tablet Pc Pen

Although it may be tempting to open the box and start playing with your Tablet PC, one of the most important things you should do is calibrate your pen. This means spending time with the pen after a few steps to ensure that the tablet PC pen knows the touch screen is used. To do this, click Start, and the parameters of the search field type Tablet PC. On the list of results Tablet PC Settings and from there go to Display > Display Options > Calibrate.Follow the steps to finish the door and remember to save your settings to accept calibration.
When I use my pen on my tablet the pointer on the screen jumps all over the place. Whats going on?

Make sure that you do not have anything around you that has blue-tooth or a blue-tooth option. Cell phones, mp3's etc. These can give off false electromagnetic signals causing it to think that you did something that you did not do. Also make sure the batteries in both the tablet and pen are fresh, and that the board is calibrated correctly.

Fujitsu Stylistic 3500 Pen calibration in XP Tablet Edition

Well there is a few ways to try to fix it first with a usb mouse check that the resolution is at it's native pixel count. This can be found on the manufacture website. If it is already at that resolution ensure that the CIC XPen drivers are installed. Those should have placed a recalibration program in the control panel. If those both fail, try uninstalling the drivers and restarting, then reloading the drivers. Hope this helps! food luck and godspeed!
