Is the driver in CD the driver for your OS?
For example if you bought a piece of hardware around 2003-2005, the CD will contain the drivers for Windows XP, Windows 98 etc. If your computer has Windows 7, this software may be installed, but will not work correctly.
This mother board Support only DDR333 PC133 SDRAMS. Check the lebel of your newly bought memory modules whether it matches or not. If not then you should replace them.
Replace the Ram and CD/Dvd Drive,Then Try to instal the os.Even no display found.
Then Problem with the Big VGA Chip.It Handled the Ram,Cpu,Video ,etc. That the chip is nearer to the CPU.Big Size.BGA Type. It must be serviced by the Chip level Service Engineer.
Hopefully it came with an install CD ? Firstly keep the old mouse plugged until this one works. Now install the software from CD. With PC turned off plug in the wireless receiver to a spare USB port and power back on. Make sure youve got good batteries in the mouse. Now press the button on the wireless receiver and the lights should be flashing. While they are flashing press the button underneath the mouse. They should now be communicating and the mouse should work. If all is well turn off PC and disconnect old mouse. If you didnt get a CD dont worry if you give me the model of it i can find the software on the internet. ...........cheers from Scott
