Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
I plugged my e260 in to the computer and it will not power on or connect to the computer. I would like to sync some songs to it, but I have no power to do so. Someone please help A.S.A.P.!
Make sure USB mode is MSC....If this doesn't work make sure that you are connected to a 2.0 USB port....I had to install the update on to my labtop and finally it recognized it and updated....
Download Update if you haven't yet(http://mp3support.sandisk.com/sansa/Installer/1082/SansaUpdaterInstall.exe) Easier to drag and drop using explorer

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
