Change Movie screen to pc screen format?

While playing your movie in your PC, change the screen resolution to lower, and then check your television. The error is in the playing format which your HDTV cannot play while receiving the video signal, which could be of very high resolution or also can be very lower. Try to adjust it, also check your media player properties, might be its conflicting, or some setting should needed to set-up.Check thoroughly for best results.

Go to the Desktop > Right Click > Properties > Settings > Monitor and then change the screen refresh rate then your problem will be solved

If you write a movie the settings or format of the movie is change to the user define format. In writing your movie first is the computer will reformat the movie file format to some standard format. If you were writing cd the format will be mpeg and if in dvd the format is avi. So if your movie file is not the same format as mentioned above then the computer will automatically change the format to the format standard requirements. That is why it takes time to reencode the movie file format. Then if you unit is not the same as specs with the latest gaming specs today then it takes time to re encode the movie file format. So the hardware specs is something to do with this. If you want to speed up your unit then add memory.

Very good programs. You can download codec packages that will play any movie format, change formats, play directly from websites, dvd's, cd's and everything else.

Its quite possible your laptop has lost its association with your TV as a "secondy monitor".

To check this, minimise everything and right click on the desktop and go to Properties. Then navigate to the settings tab. This will show you how many displays it considers itself to have.

Click on number 2 (if visable) and click on extend my windows desktop to this monitor.

You should now be able to go between screens
