Question about Nintendo DS Lite Console
Your problem isn't with the screen it is with the fuses.
your fuse or fuses are dead. however, it is fixable, but it is extremely difficult.
1. if you don't have the time or the means or the wants to solder it, then sell it on ebay and you can get a fairly good price and someone else will fix it
2. if you do want to go through with this then you will need a meter, a soldering iron, and a lot of time and patience.

This is aproblem with the L2 fuse. You can fix it yourself if you are handy with a solder, but i would suggest sending it to a repair shop or Nintendo to get it fixed. (about €40 approx to have it professionally fixed)

The LCD screens may be dead. ask a mechanic to replace the LCD screens.
