I sincerely doubt that you would find any photographs of anyone (except for an image for an avatar - the image you see next to the name of a Fixya answerer [my avatar is an image of a highway sign for Rural with another sign pointing the way to the Business District.])
I am a librarian by profession, so I like to stress to others that they should always cite the sources where they found information or images. With images I find on other web sites, I do my best to include information on where I found the images. For the most part, I use image editing software to add source information to images.
For example, see my Fixya.com answer here: http://www.fixya.com/cars/t26864769-location_vin_number_grand_cherokee
It includes an image I found. With my Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 software (image editing software), I added the web address of where I found the image and the date I collected it.
Ok, you see when you download images from google or other service; don't download from the results page! in google; click the image, then click 'view image'; image opens in new window; right click on it and save the full image.
In Bing; just click the image; the full preview fills up the screen, save.
HOT TIP: to get better resolution images:
1. Google: click search tools; under size: select large
I'm not sure that I completely understand your question. But you can simply go to http:\\images.google.com and then do your search and it will automatically search google images.
you can again download any small thing, one download task bar will come at bottom which always show you download status. There you can click to get all saved files.

2nd: right click on the image you want and click on "save image as" and save it on your desktop
sometimes the image will be directed to downloads.
3rd: open your facebook account then go to photos
4th: click on ADD PHOTOS then BROWSE
5th: find the image you save then open..
that's it..
i hope this can help you
1. Click the Add background image link in the Google homepage's lower-left corner 2. Sign in to your Google Account (if you aren't already signed in) 3. Select Editor's picks 4. Scroll to the bottom of the list and choose your favorite color 5. Click Select
Keep in mind that, like all background images on the Google homepage, changing it to single color will also change Google's logo and other homepage text white. You can remove the background at any time, including tomorrow when our homepage returns to normal, by clicking the Remove background image link that appears in the bottom-left corner after you've set up a new background.
You can't as such upload images to google (accept for a profile image), I think what you mean is how to get images in google images. This just happens when google crawls the web automatically. If you upload photo's to a photo-sharing site like picasa your photo's will be automatically indexed.
