Go here for the manual & other docs: Also try a format To format plug it in to usb. Go to my computer It shows up as a removably disc, usually drive f: Right click on drive f: (or the approriate drive) and click format. Let me know what happens, you will have reload the player, also try bypassing the software you are using to tranfer, by opening up drive f: and clicking and dragging your music into it , or you can copy and paste it into drive f: Good luck

Samsung Juke Music Issue

Had the same problem with being able to load MP3 songs onto the phone but they would not play. Elapsed song time indicator remained at 0.00.

In Windows Media Player, select Sync Menu......then Samsung Juke........then Format. The warning states that you will lose all data. This only pertains to the songs that you cannot get to work anyway. Your stored phone #'s will still be there after the reformat.

I reformatted and reloaded the MP3's and everythings now works just fine.

How to delete music off of the ipod shuffle?

You can either do a restore:
Connect to your computer and open itunes.
When you first open itunes you should be in "Devices"
Make sure you're in the "Summary" tab and you will have a button that says "Restore"
Click that and it will do the rest.

Sync with an itunes library that has no files on it, this will also remove the files from your ipod.

Mp3 will not load songs.

Had the same problem. You usually have to do this from a computer. But first you rip your selection unto a computer harddrive, creat a folder on the MP3 then from the harddrive pick, drag and drop your sellections into this folder or else the player will not find the music. Then remove MP3 from machine and play.
