toshiba tp61f90 no picture when i hook up cable to either tv video 1 or 2 standard cable jack. if i scroll thru inputs it is steady on any of the other video imputs except the cable inputs? Just static and fuzz, the imput menus show up but real shakey, cannot even really ready menu on those imputs (cable ones) Advise please
