Question about Hasbro Oye Mio Pup - Pink White

1 Answer

My daughter's mio pup can't restart

It's had dead batteries in it for about 8 months or so and now I am trying to replace them.  None of the new batteries I've tried can kick start the little guy.  Can anyone help?

This hasn't happened to any other toys (not that we're in the habit of leaving toys with dead batteries) it just doesn't make sense.  Could there be a short in the dog?  How can I access the inside?  It's pretty well secured.

It is never going to work sorry .(why it's not going to work) because you left dead batteries in the toy for eight month and when you leave something that's not working in side a toy for longer than a month the thing or engine that controlls the toy take the enrgy of a dead battery and the engine is dead to so all i can say take it to a toy fixer.

On the bottom of each of the rear feet is a phillips-head screw. Remove the screws and you replace 2 batteries in each foot.
