Yes, often it is not a paper jam but a fail of paper to feed out of the tray which the machine thinks it has a jam. Clean feed rollers with Windex, or alcohol. Check the paper tray to see if paper size panels are set to the correct position. portrait, landscape, width length ect.. Good luck.
Dear Abdullah
pl. check the machine base where it stay, it should be plain and firm.
Next check the left side door(test it by pushing inside while making copy). check the fixing assembly and paper path, may be toner clogged on its surface.
If your machine covered more than 200000 A4 copies, check the paper path (guide) at registration sensor and delivery guide at fixing unit.
If the paper jam at paper pickup tray, replace the pickup roller set (2nos.)
Since you have not mentioned the page counter and where paper jam occurs, its difficult to assume more.
Clean the vertical path rollers .they are located in the right door. check for obstructions. inspect your right door for broken parts and missing pressure springs that keep pressure on those vertical rollers. Make sure the right door is shut firmly.
First normaly copy first side, then take copied paper and set it in bypass tray, when you do thath, the copier ask you for paper size and type, choose correct sett. and confirm with OK.The side on wich you want to print must be face down in bypass tray.
these machines have a duplex unit all machines this size does, now a duplex unit is where the paper double sides in the machine, like doing a double sided copy.
i know off some people think that a duplex unit is the DADF (document feeder).
you copy first side normaly. then on left side open bypass deck.Put the paper, so that the side on wich you want to print is down. Automatically when you put paper in bypass, the machine ask you wich format is it ( eg. A4 ), confirm with OK, then you need to tell machine wich type of paper ( eg. plain paper ) and OK. then green copy key.
