Question about Dell Inspiron 9300 PC Notebook
Do you have in your possession the original disks that came with the machine? If not, try solving by starting in safe mode. This is done by pressing the "F8" key when the windows splash screen appears. Let me know and we will get it fixed.

Hold down the ctrl key and the f11 key at the same time and then power on the laptop. You should come up with a menu then that will ask to do a full restore or reboot. If you can not get into the safe mode with the f8 key you might have other hardware issues. Hope this helps some.

Try this: Reboot and select Recovery Mode, then from the c:\windows prompt type: chkdsk
Let it run through checkdisk then try it should boot up.
