The machine still will not clear the error, nor does it restart? Are there any more solutions? Am I doing something wrong?

Are you getting a H2 error code? If the code dose not clear you may have a problem with the fixing unit... You may have a blown Heater lamp or thermister thermal fuse or one or two of these items..... You will have to trouble shoot to see what is wrong and repair it before you can reset it.. Good Luck
