I have had one for about 2 years and never had an issue, I recently bought another to have two monitors hooked up for graphic work. The first one I got started to mess up a few weeks in. The screen would get vertical lines in it (the screen looked like it was vibrating) and then it just went white, and would not display anything. So I returned it and got a new one, figured maybe it was a fluke. Well about 2 months later this one just did the same thing. It is going to be fixed, but was curious if this is something my computer may be doing. I am running an aftermarket card (GTX8900 - 512mb) on a Vista machine with 4gb ram.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks.

- It was a bad monitor, they sent me a new one and have had no issues since. I think it was just a bad batch.

I'm having the same problem but with my monitor showing the volume bar. It keeps wanting to turn the volume all the way down. I discovered this when I tried to turn the volume up, that it would quickly turn the volume down again. In addition, I was able to get it to the menu settings and noticed that it would cycle down through the options and repeat, starting back at the top.
