Question about RCA Lyra RD2763 MP3 Player
File system corrupted, can it be reset and how
When this happened to my unit I had to have it replaced by RCA. Fortunately mine was under warranty at the time. About 2 years ago when this happened the RCA rep told me that the unit has a fairly low capacity for shock. So if you dropped it this could be the issue.

Mine did the same thing. "File system corrupted." I looked on the back of the mp3 player and it says to hold down the power button for 10 seconds and it will reset. It worked. Music is there and plays fine. My faith in american electronics has been renewed.
