Question about Nextar MA933A MP3 Player
I first hooked up my mp3 player and the music showed, but I needed to do something else so I unhooked it. When hooked it back up, the music no longer showed up on my computer screen. It shows the mp3 player as full, but will not show the files or music on the mp3 player. I need to delete some songs on the mp3 player, so now I'm puzzled on how I'm supposed to do that now. my mp3 was good when i first bought it... i hooked it up and put music on it...and it worked on my computer like a charm...i brought it to my friends and when i first put it in her computer the same options didnt pop up..usually the options on my computer are to view folder, or play music..her computer coudn't even find my music and said my mp3 was empty even though all my songs still played when i listened to it, and it was still full..then it didnt work on my cousins computer either because, but i decided snce it worked on mine, and it playd music i had nothing to worry about...then my computer got over crowded and i ahd to restatrt the system..once i did that i had the same problems with my mp3 as i did on other poeple's computer...i realzie ite because i jad something on my computer that caused it to work, but whatever that was got deleted after i rebooted the system..i trieddonwloaind adobe acrobat abd reader, but they didnt help..i ahve the dis that came with my mp3, but thats doesnt help either, i need something that does help..Please?
There is a super easy solution, if you are using windows try using a live cd, which is a bootable cd. Here is the link to a good one: http://ftp.heanet.ie/pub/linuxmint.com/stable/8/LinuxMint-8.iso
just download and burn onto a disc using an iso burner (http://www.freeisoburner.com/)
then boot up the disk and plug in your phone, the os should recognize the mp3 as a mass storage device just like a usb then you can retrieve your songs and delete them as you would files on a usb
