Question about Dryers
You may want to check the vent. It may be kinked or clogged. Also, check that there is airflow coming out the flap outside. If there is some heat that means the element is good. Now if that isn't it, You may have to take the back off. Of course unplug first. There is a section that feeds down to the vent. Being older it may have a large amount of lint build up over the years. Of course, check the lint screen before doing all of these. Not cleaning the lint screen after each use, will drop efficiency at least 10%. Good luck
