Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3c Cellular Phone
Is our phone been dropped? for signal problems, check your service provider/carrier. However, first try power off our phone and take out the battery and put it back in after few seconds. If still having issues, check with your service center for assistance on how to get it repaired.

its seems you have no network or signal. try resetting to its orig settings. if still no signal. then you have a hardware prob. have it repaired to a technician..
