Hi, this may not be super helpful but the only thing I can suggest with this problem is to go to your game options and see if you can change any settings for your microphone or headset through there. If you are still unable to find a solution try to unplug and reset everything.
If you still are having the same issue I suggest contacting either the headset's manufacturer for technical support, or the Playstation technical support.
Hi, As it was explained in live chat session, cable box needs reset/ reboot because tv has normal picture in other inputs. After resetting/ rebooting cable box, problem is solved. Thanks.
I went to the HDTV plasma manual. It stated the only way the digital optical audio output would work (from this TV) was to go to the menu, select audio and turn off the TV speakers. Basically, it had nothing to do with the technics receiver.
