Kenmore dryer. My family put a sopping wet heavy load and ran the dryer twice last night. Today the dryer turns on but doesn't tumble. It is an old dryer but has been working great. Is it worth fixing?

did the belt come off due to heavy load? if it is still n and didnt blow a breaker it may have blew the motor, you would have to take the back off to inspect, dont forget to unplug first
There is a switch on the motor, (centrifugal) that bypasses the push to start once the motor is turning. It is in the heat circuit also. Look there first...Eric
