Lexmark X3350 Printer (by 3 users)
Lexmark X3350 all-in-one printer will not print or copy. Error message says there's a paper jam, even when there's no paper in the printer. Tried rebooting printer, computer; and disconnecting printer. Still says to clear paper jam and press arrow key. Pressing arrow key does nothing. It will still scan - but not print nor copy, nothing that involves a piece of paper.

I havve the same exact problem. The printer says no paper or clear paper jam. i have tries adjusting the paper, no luck! I am going to try and reset the printer memory if i can find the instructions. Will let al know if it works for me.

I have tried to obtain a download for the lexmark x3350 all in one but cannot understand the accents. can you help

its happen when you insert the papers to deep in the paper
jam jusy try to pull out the papers.
if its print its great , if not it should say load paper so in that
moment push the papers a little deeper.
