Question about Nintendo Wii Console
I bought a brand new Logic3 GameCube controller a few months ago with a copy of Resident Evil. I played through it fine on my Wii then put the controller away in my cupboard, in perfect condition. Today I got Metroid Prime so got out my controller and plugged it in, yet none of the buttons are registering. The controller hasn't changed or gotten dusty or anything, and it's receiving power as the light comes on inside the controller. The only thing that's changed on my Wii since then is a system update. Button presses aren't registering in either of my GC games.
Logic 3 controllers are not good, return the logic 3 controller to the store and buy a NINTENDO wavebird instead, i bought mine used and it is perfectly fine. you might have the controller plugged into port (....) instead of port ( . ) so try that or buy a wavebird instead ( if you ask me , buy the wavebird). I think my sister's friend's brother had the same problem. But he gave up on it. Probably faulty. Third party gamecube and wii accessories (excluding nyko) are bad or do not last very long.
