Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
Formatting the device to delete songs? Does that make sense? For example on the e260, you scroll to "delete song". On the e260R, you have no such option. Formatting the device is like throwing out your whole dvd collection because there's a few movies you don't like. Yeah, sure copy them back, but there has to be a simpler solution.

You can "format" the device thru My Computer. Just go to My Computer and right click on the device and select "format". This will erase everything on the device and you can start over. Best of Luck.
