Question about Brother MFC-3240C All-In-One InkJet Printer
Hi I'm having some problems with my brother printer the ink monitoring system is saying no device but I can still print.I uninstalled and reinstalled the device it showed the device but the ink levels all should empty but I was still able to print but the prints come out Green
There could be a posibility that you may be low on ink. The reason i say this is that you say it prints green. Green is blue and yellow. That means that your red is empty or dried out. If you are low on ink you will have a low or no ink indication and sometimes the software for the printer only has 3-5 diffrent indications. What i mean is when you see the data for your ink there are diffrent levels that it shows. Your software may not be able to diffrenciate between the colors just the status of say one color in your case it could be red. Therefore it would read 0% of ink avaliable but still be able print green. If i were you I would buy a new ink cartridge and see if you get the same results.
