Question about Swintec 7040 Typewriter
Solution for Guest posted August 16, 2008 - Sounds like you have set the left margin all the way to the right by accident. Press the Backspace key after turning on the machine. When you hear the beep, press the MAR REL key and then continue to hit the backspace key. When you get to your desired left margin, press MAR LEFT. The next time you turn on the machine, it should start on the left.
Hope this helps!

Position the carrier wher you want the margins by the space bar or back space and touch the left margin or right margin key button as needed
