Zanussi washing machine.

Hey, ive just moved into a new house and ive got a zanussi washing machine fl881. buy not instructions i need to know what processes the letters mean on the dial as event the details on the front have faded so much there unreadable. please help.

I am a recently retired engineer of 20 years, and i have found that generally the numbers and letters are the same throughout, so the number 2 on one machine is the same as the number 2 on another make, so this rule applies for letters also, just remember what you used on your old machine and you cant go far wrong hope this helps

My Zanussi nexus fl881 wont spin. Can you tell me how old this washing machine is and how to fix/whether to get new one?


6/8 years old.....Souynds like new motor brush kit needed. price of parts about £30. plus labour possible 30 mins work to fit..Hope this helps

My door handle on my zanussi fls 1183w washing machine has broken and ive bought a new handle but dont know how to get old one out can you help please


normally on zanussi doors they have 5 or 6 screws around the edge on the inside of the door if you try to undo them and take apart the door the handle should come out be carefull not to drop the glass

Gently but firmly pull one of the other buttons out and use that to reset it... you can buy new buttons on ebay

It appears that you may have a faulty door interlock or a faulty PCB. pcb is not really a DIY job as some boards require proramming on certain versions. Regards Advisor
