Question about Toshiba Tecra M2V-S310 Notebook
SEEMS LIKE A DRIVER IN MY LAPTOP, THE IP PHYSYCAL ADDRESS IS NOT RECOGNIZED IT JUST SAYS FF-FF-FF-FF-FF, AND IT DOESN´T RECOGNIZE THE ADDRESS FOR THE INTERNET CONNECTION. HOW CAN I FIX THAT, DO I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD AN SPECIFIC DRIVER OR DO I HAVE TO FORMAT THE COMPUTER?? I´LL APPRECIATE YOUR HELP..
Update the O/S first
Check the connection is DHCP
control panel,network connections, right click your connection to the internet, properties,
TCP/IP VER4, highlight this in grey, click properties,
should be set to
( obtain I.P. automatically ) tick this box.save it.
Reboot the system.
